Welcome to my new weblog. After experimenting with many different blogging applications, I have once again decided Wordpress is (still) the best solution for me. So, with renewed enthusiasm and commitment I once again embark on the never ending journey of self expression.
I am quite excited about version 2 of Wordpress and am very happy with the improvements and refinements that have been added since version 1.5.
One of the things I want my blog to be “about,” is my photography, so for my first test of this new version and newborn installation I am testing a plugin that makes use of my flickr account for image handling.
For this historic first post I have chosen one of my all time favorite pictures which I took in one of my all time favorite places, Girl Scout Cove, on the Lake of the Ozarks. I hope you like it.
Please check back often, as I really do have a lot on my mind.
